To make Indian Chai – add half cup of milk to one and a half cup of water and put the mixture to boil in a sauce pan. As soon as it comes to boil, add one tea spoon of this tea, add sugar to taste and let it simmer for 1 minute. Then filter the Masala Chai into tea cups and relish its taste.
